- Remove all debris and take for recycling
- Re-compact the sub-base or replace the new class 5 aggregate, if necessary
- Install steel re-bar to reinforce the new concrete
- Order concrete, after careful measurements, and pour and level the floor
- Finish the new floor with bull floats and trowels
